Reservation deposit ( at least 200 US$ short term / 300 US$ long term) is required to reserve the apartment. Reservation deposit for villas may differ. The balance has to be paid upon arrival. Payment in advance is also acceptable. Cancellation policy. All cancellations made before 30 days to arrival are fully refundable, except bank fees and minimum sum of reservation deposit. Any cancellations made after 30 days to arrival are non refundable. You can also book an apartment without a prepayment, but in this case your accommodation is not 100% guaranteed, and you will be offered the apartment is not occupied at the moment. Damage deposit U$ 300 (U$ 500 for villas) has to be paid at the day of arrival. The deposit is fully refundable at departure day. |
